This year I learned quite a lot of information.
I learned that you have to store poultry on the bottom of a tack and beef at the top.
I also learned that serve safe is a very well done set of directions, and I myself would teach from it. Our teacher has taught the class as a whole and has showed us many new things also, by giving each student out own vocabulary words we on our own have discovered many new things about food and spices from various aspects and the good thing about it is that we learn how to say the new words, we understand what cultures use and favor it, and it provides a unique touch to the class and all that we learn in the course its self.
